Returns & Refund Policy

At Diesel Tune NZ, we stand by the quality of our products and services. If you're not 100% satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible physical products within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Must be in the original packaging with all included parts
- Proof of purchase is required
We do not accept returns on:
- Tuning services or remaps already applied
- Labour, diagnostics, or in-person services
- Digital files (e.g., tuning files)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, email us at phillip@dieseltunenz.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you if your refund is approved
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend tracked shipping as we can't guarantee receipt without it
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at phillip@dieseltunenz.co.nz with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
